Description
Summer at the markets. A riot of colour, crates of ribbed zucchini romaneschi, tomatoes in every size, peppers, eggplants. Piles of cherries, perfumed melons and every kind of stonefruit.
Seasonal lunch classes are small group cooking experiences that start at the market and end with a convivial lunch. On the menu is always handmade pasta, a seasonal vegetable dish or two, a small fish or meat course that fits the season, and a dolce made with fruit picked out at the market. The group has a maximum of five participants and we choose the menu together as we shop.
Start time is 9.30 am at Totem Garden Bar, Largo Ravizza , on the Circonvallazione Gianicolense – Tram 8 (currently bus) and Bus H. After a quick coffee we stroll up to Mercato San Giovanni di Dio. We normally finish about 15.30 at the studio, Via Giacomo Corradi 14a.

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will be fully refunded only if the space is filled, or your ticket held for a future date. Tickets are transferable and gift vouchers available.
